Hüffer Top Executive Assessments: Procedure

What is the specific procedure at a Hüffer Top Executive Assessment and what can be expected? Viewed in detail, no assessment is like another. We have to deal with constantly changing requirements on the part of companies and, for this reason, the purpose of the assessment (selection or development with all the many sub-groups) largely determines the content and its course. Last but not least, each candidate is an individual – a fact that we adjust to in each case.
